Thank you very much for your time and interest!

During more than ten years of work experience as a coordinator and facilitator of socio-cultural projects, I have had the possibility to work in different regions and contexts, collaborating with local communities, the public and private sector, non-profit organizations and civil society.

Intercultural experiences in Belgium, several Latin American countries, China, the United States, Japan, New Zealand and Germany have broadened my approach, to be an active part in generating positive impacts in my environment. Facing challenging situations, has allowed me to strengthen my abilities to lead by example, solve problems through dialogue and collaboration, acquiring new skills in intercultural communication, adaptation and teamwork.

I have been living in Germany since the end of 2019. I am currently looking to join an organization where diverse ideas converge in an open environment and work on projects that contribute to the development of the territories.

I want to bring new perspectives and also my experience to reach common goals and to the success of the organization, as well as having the possibility to strengthen my own capabilities.

Warm Regards,
Renata

As the programme leader for the Leadership for Change study at Otago Polytechnic I had the pleasure to teach Renata during 12 months of 2018 as well as to supervise her final research project where she showed great initiative, dedication and professionalism.

Her work and participation during the program enabled a significant contribution to the learning environment for students, staff and members of the public providing wide-ranging, high quality exposure to the Chilean culture, permitting valuable engagement and learning across cultures.
She has a quest for learning and her enthusiasm is infectious.

In terms of character, Renata showed immense leadership qualities throughout her time in New Zealand. She was warm, open and very supportive to all around her, adapting quickly in a new environment making strong positive connections with all she encountered.

Renata started volunteering in our Foundation in 2015, assuming responsibilities and tasks in different projects becoming our principal project coordinator.

Her academic background and years of work experience as well as her creativity and interest in innovation has been a significant contribution to our goals and for the development of our organization.

Personally she holds strong ethical values and high quality work standards. Her proactivity, adaptation and intercultural experience make her an outstanding professional.

We are a non-profit organization that seeks to relieve and promote cultural heritage of the indigenous peoples and diverse communities of Chile and the world.
