Considering different perspectives and put all the team ideas together in order to get a public funds was a new challenge in terms of leadership. In the production of the book and social media video campaign I developed more abilities as team player by collaborating with editors, journalists and photographers.

In my role on this Site specific theater project, one of the most important challenges and learnings was the coordination of a plan in place to provide a safe experience to the team and audience in a highly homophobic country, testing my ability to anticipate outcomes and problem-solve.

During the process we did not impose any preconceived plan, instead project was developed on the fly according to the goals set by the participating women and children in order to ensure their compliance and welfare, requiring from us great flexibility, empathy and adaptation to their needs and the territory.
